PEACE MEAL

History of Peace Meal

Peace Meal began in 2010 serving the Hope House providing meals to homeless men. Once that program ended, the volunteers and members of Peace Lutheran Church wanted to continue to serve the Seymour Community and began serving meals at the church. Peace Meal focuses on nurturing both the body and the spirit with a community meal and fellowship.

Who Can Help?

Peace Meal is wholly funded and serviced by volunteers who donate, prepare food and distribute the meals. Additional donations, including monetary, food or supplies, are always appreciated.

How Often is Peace Meal?

Peace Meal is held about once a month. Contact the church office if you are interested in learning more or participating!
